We last left off at a minor cliffhanger. Who will survive? O_O
Brodick: "Is he a moron? Couldn't he hear the fire alarm blaring?"
Azar: "Or see the Fireman running out of the Fire Truck?! Argh, what an idiot."
The Dedman Keep was thankfully spared from un-witting destruction at the hands of Gene and thanks to the fast acting FireMan. Gene meanwhile became fast acquainted with his neighbors.
Brodick the silver haired chap turned out to be an Ex-Ranger turned Thief.
Azar, whom Gene Ric discovered to have an eerie appearance alike to Dragonblood was surprisingly enough. . . a Prince as well. O_O
And then - - - yep you guessed it - - -
Someone new arrived!
Gene Ric: "HULLO mother of my unborn children!"
Ariella: "I beg your pardon?"
Geñe Ric: "Hee hee, ah no. I say to you. . .Welcome to my Keep!"
Ariella: "Oh! Hello! Welcome to Simeria! My name is the Lady Ariella Elensar." ^__^
Gene Ric: "I am Gene. I'm new in town. Could you give me directions to your apartment?"
Ariella: "HaHahahaha! Pray tell what kind of pick up was that suppose to be?"
Gene Ric: (*Nuclear Silence*)
(*Squeaks*) "...my best one...?"
Brodick: "Moron."
After introductions were all out of the way, Gene, the gracious host that he was, set himself to prepare the most delicious, out of this world, scrumptious yum yum in your tum tum meal in the history of Simeria. . .
Lunch Meat Sandwiches a la Gene Ric.
It was then that the door swung wide open and in came Ima Dedman. Unlike Gene, Ima had lined up a job at the 'BE.A Scientist' Corporation. Why a filthy stinking rich person like Ima needed a job was beyond Gene but the Blood Elf didn't complain. It just meant more money! ^_^
Ima: "Hi Honey I'm Home!"
Ima waved to Brodick.
Ima: "Hey dude! How's it going?"
Gene to himself: 'I don't quite think he's gotten it just yet.'
Ima then cheerily waved a 'Hello' to Azar.
Ima: "Oh hey! Long time no see! We should catch a game one of these days."
Ima: (*Clears his throat and in a low manly-man voice says*) " 'A'llo' there again. . ."
At that moment Brigana emerged from the ladies room and began making her way to Ariella.
Ima: "Hi luv! You look smashing in that outfit. Positively ducky!"
Ima: "Glad to see everyone is here. You wouldn't believe the crazy first day I just had at work."
And yes, it finally began to sink into Ima's mind that perhaps there was something screwy going on at the Dedman Keep.
"Waaaaaaaaaaait a second . . ."
"WHO THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLE?!!!"
"Who are they? Why are they here?"
(*Moment of Great Pondering*)
"And why haven't I started kicking them out yet?"
"Allrighty you bums! I don't know who you are or what in Valdrik's name you're doing here but the sponging is over. Do you hear me? OVAAAAAAAH! All of you get out! Out! Out! OUT!"
"No! Wait! The scantily clad Elf and the hot blonde can stay!"
Of course nobody left. -_-
Ariella: "........And then the Elf named Wren of the Azure Sky picked up his short sword and screamed at the top of his lungs - 'You will not take me alive!' The brave little Elf then leaped directly towards the enormous Orchug Plant (*Think Cow Plant on Super Steroids*) and it SWALLOWED Wren whole!"
Ariella: "Come to think of it; 'twas not a good plan of attack but --"
(*The beautiful voice of the Elf maiden is softly drowned out into the background as her intent listeners actively comment to one another*)
Ima: "Are they real?"
Azar: "Oh Hell yes..."
Brodick: ~Drools~
Despite the mishaps, the misunderstandings, and the insane heart attack shocks Gene and Ima both had during their first day; everything seemed to turn out allright in the end...
Strange how things work out sometimes but the one lesson that both Ima and Gene learned that Sunny Delighted Day was that Life in Simeria ---was sure going to be interesting.
